Locked Suppliers still receive notifications

Summary:

Suppliers who are in locked status are still receiving communications

Content (required):

If an invited supplier chooses not to participate in a negotiation there is no option to remove them from the negotiation.

Only option is to Lock them out but in testing this today it does not stop them being sent notifications, such as:

• Amendment notifications
• Messages sent to all recipients

etc...

They still receive the notifications, as if they are unlocked. f the contact clicks on the link, the popup tells them they are locked out and cant do anything.

This is contrary to what I would expect, and dffers from the Oracle response provided in the following discussion, which says communications wont be received.
