Capturing Personal Payment Methods wtihout Licensing Payroll Module

Summary:

Hi community,

Has anyone had success with capturing personal payment methods in Oracle HCM without licensing the payroll module? A personal payment method cannot be added without a payroll definition, therefore if we have not licensed payroll, does this mean we cannot capture personal payment information to send to the third-party vendor?

Or is it possible to create a skeleton payroll definition to associate with the work relationship to enable the worker to add the personal payment method? Or are there additional ideas/custom solutions you were successful with?

Thanks for your guidance/shared experiences!
