Making date of birth field mandatory in convert pending worker/create work relationship flow

We have made the DOB field is made mandatory using HCM design studio for the 'Create Work Relationship' action.

When hiring an employee, the DOB field comes in the personal details section and does not allow us to move to the next screen until the details are entered.

But when converting a pending worker or creating a new work relationship, the DOB field comes under Biographical info and until we do not hit the pencil icon to edit, the DOB field is not visible.
