How to verify custom role privileges without security console access

Hi Team,

We have created a custom role. And added some privileges and roles to it. How can we verify this custom role if we don't have access to "security console".

Is there a way to check the custom role privileges using REST API or OTBI query ?

Where exactly system stores custom roles details ? Any backend tables, views or API to check custom roles ?
