HDL Load null pointer exception

Hi, we have an automated feed that brings our new hires over to HCM and last night 24 of the colleagues errored while uploading to HDL. The HDL error report threw the same error for all colleagues.

Any knowledge about how this could have happened would be appreciative. Nothing has changed since the last automated run of this integration. The data on the file even looks identical (in format) to the previous run.

I tried running the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report, but it errors out whenever I run it, so that's not helpful.
