Issue when creating a BI report on Investigation Questionnaires

When creating an BI report on investigation questionnaires we are running into an issue where it is not possible to limit the investigation questionnaire to the respective Investigation. Is there a specific link between the investigation and the questionnaire within that investigation on the HCM table side?

Hi everyone!

We created a report that takes an investigation and then provides the answers for the investigation questionnaire chosen within it. When running the query we get all the responses that have been given to a question by an user, rather than the responses which are limited to that particular investigation. Is there a specific link between the investigation summary table (HNS_INVESTIGATIONS_SUMMARY) and the responses (HRQ_QSTNR_RESPONSES) table that can provide the correct answer for the investigation questionnaire?
