No error message coming on Family and emergency contact page after changing start date

Hi Everyone,

We are facing an issen on Family and emergency contact info page in oracle fuson HCM post release 22A .

They have introduced 1 new below feature in 22A :

When someone try to change start date for one of his contact ,it should throw error - "This contact existsas a beneficiary or dependant on some benefit plans.You need to remove these designation from all plans before changing the start date. "

But in this case, no error message is displaying on th screen.Only pink blank bar displays and it cofuses the user as the user does not get idea what type of error it is.
