Business Unit and Department List are empty on Position creation page

Summary:

We've created a custom role for Organization Structure specialist and faced the issue that Business Unit and Department fields are empty on the position creation page:

In the same time, under this role it is possible to search department on Department details page.

All other lists as location, job, grade are working correctly.

I've checked already data security policies assigned to the Custom role and we have Grant on Business Unit and Grant on Department policies.

I've also refreshed data role assigned to this Custom job role but the issue still remains. Could you please advice what settings I should also check?
