How to allow access to Job Offer but restrict access to Employment?
We have many departments but seven of them if you are employee in one of, you are not to access another employee in any of the seven departments. Data security now seems to be broken due to ORC.
Scenario: Employee A that is an existing employee with the job of Talent Manager in the Recruiting department. Employee A is tasked with recruiting another Talent Manager. Candidate B is offered the job and becomes Employee B in the Recruiting department. The goal is that Employee A can Manage Job Offers to include candidates in the Recruiting Department but once candidate is hired Employee A is not to see anything of Employee B except that job requisition and job offer.
