Summary: We have a need to solve for internal transfers between US and Mexico. Currently our new hire integration only picks up external hires and rehires but does not allocate for internals. Need some solutions or recommendations based on what others are doing.


Content (required):We have a need to solve for internal transfers between US and Mexico. Currently our new hire integration only picks up external hires and rehires but does not allocate for internals. Currently we are having these transfers between countries apply as internals so they flow through our integration - but because of this based on our current onboarding setup they are not presented with new hire onboarding because we only have this setup for external/rehires.
