Embed VBCS page in Process cloud Approval email task

Hi,

We have a requirement to customize the form used for Approval process. So instead of using the web form in Process cloud tried replacing it with the VBCS page. 

Following changes are made

1. In Process cloud application Properties -> Approval task -> open Form -> New External UI

2. Edit COnnection to External UI and gave the VBCS page url and saved.

3. Published -> Activated 

Still the old web form is seen in the PCS email notification. Any suggestions what is missing or what additional things need to be done?
