Restrict the Performance Goal Library goals based on the Workforce Structure

Content (required):

To enable the Feature, I have set the Profile option to "Y" in the Restrict Library Goals Enabled. Besides that I have enabled the Restrict Library Goal under the Goal Library in the Workforce Development Offering. Would like to know where do you add workforce structure parameters such as business unit, department, legal entity, and job family for a library goal.
