Business Event - Sales Adapter Best practice



We have requirement to push the Account details to external system whenever new record or updating the existing record.

I have 2 questions

  1. Shall we use Business Events of Sales Adapter or shall we invoke the OIC integration using trigger function from fusion CX? Which one is the best and which one is best for the error handling and monitoring?
  2. If we use business events, do we need to create 2 integrations one for creating new record and another one for existing record using business events? Is it possible to use single integration to handle this 2 business events?
