Provide Feedback Not Working Since 22.04?

Unable to use provide feedback feature since 22.04 update.

Content (required):

Since the 22.04 update, I am unable to use the Provide Feedback functionality in any of my EPM apps (FCC, Planning or Account Recs), which has made it quite challenging to interact with Oracle Support (which I have had to for a couple SRs from that same patch). When I click Submit on the Provide Feedback pop-up window, nothing happens (which was never an issue prior).


I have tried multiple browsers, different computers and had other users try with the same results. I demoed this for an Oracle tech on an unrelated SR. We were briefly on 22.04.64 and have since gotten the patch to .76 and same issue.
