Include from Rollup Costing option on an Item greyed out for Inv Orgs

Summary:

Include from Rollup Costing option on an Item greyed out for Inv Orgs.

Content (required):

We make decisions about including or excluding an item from rollup at the inventory level.

Now we can only make that choice to include or exclude at item at the top or master org level.

Anyone else seeing this issue?
