Adding Distribution Information to Payables Invoice Inquiry

You can extend pages with custom OTBI reports, for example with budgetary control charge account and projects information is useful when viewing invoices.

The Embedded Invoice Distribution Details Sample Report Kit contains a sample report, and a Dashboard Prompt. A Dashboard Prompt is needed to embed the sample report on Manage Invoices Page to pass the invoice identifier. You can use this as an example to implement any report in your desired area in Fusion Apps.

To embed an Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) report in Fusion Apps, you need to create a Dashboard Prompt which stores Invoice Id as a Presentation Variable. This presentation variable should be used by the report to filter the distributions using Invoice Id. Create a Dashboard with the prompt and the report. Finally, embed this dashboard to Fusion Apps using Page Composer.
