One Position and more than one person assigned

We have one position which is assigned to two persons and approval should work separately by country wise for each person

Lets say - Marketing Manager Position and this position is assigned to Person A and Person B

When i submit po for US Business Unit, it will go to Person A for Marketing Position and when i will enter PO for UK Business Unit , it will go to Person B for Marketing Position

Is it possible to define one Approval Rule to get both requirements in single rule
