Summary:

IS it possible to integrate 3rs party in OBN who is non-oracle user.

I have a requirement as below.

Client wants to bring in the 3rd party company to process their invoices that coming from B2B. So we need to stop invoices that are going from OBN to fusion and re-route the invoices to 3rd party from vendor.
