Can we PGP encrypt BIP output without FTP delivery

in Reporting and Analytics for ERP

I have a requirement to extract the BIP output using SOAP WSDL or ERP adapter and we need to make sure that the BIP report is encrypted with PGP keys before it is sent to external system from Oracle. We dont have FTP in this case
