Custom Course Completion Certificate for Specific Business

One of the businesses is looking to have a specific course completion certificate with a custom template, so once the specific learners from this business have completed the training, they should be able to download the same. However, when I checked with Oracle Support by raising SR and proposed two templates(One is for a Specific business, another-rest for the enterprise) in an existing seeded report called coursecompeltioncertificate.
