IDEA: Having a configuration option to make Security Assignment mandatory in FRC

The idea is to have a configuration option that can be enabled or disabled on the requirement basis of different organizations, to make the Security Assignment mandatory while creating different object records in FRC.

While creation of the object records whether Process, Risk, or Control, if the owner saves and submits the record without adding reviewers and approvers, the record moves into Approved state, and might be considered as finally approved without going through the intended review and approval workflow. Hence, having a configuration option making the security assignment mandatory can help in such scenarios.
