Not able to query Jobs using REST API by passing parameter in OIC

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where we have to pass job name as parameter and get back Job Id using REST API in OIC.

It is working for most of the cases, but we are facing an issue when Job Name contains 'and' in between. For e.g. B5L-Data and AI.

This job is created in Oracle and when we are passing this job name in REST API as parameter, it is not bringing any record.

I have attached IAR file also where we are facing this issue.
