Custom CSS Not working in Stage

Has anyone's staging site lost their custom CSS calls

I noticed that sometime between Friday and Monday that our staging site is no longer calling the custom .css stylesheet we have on our sftp site. Has anyone else experienced this? When I check the Console log in Chrome, I get the following error codes below which leads me to believe Oracle has changed where its JavaScript calls are located... hope this doesn't find its way into production.
