Rich media content after P2T Refresh

In our production pod, we have set the ‘Refresh Status’ of several of our rich media content (SCORM files) to 'Enabled - Source Ready'. When we preview this content in our test pod after a P2T refresh, we get an error 'An error occurred while loading the content from content server'. Does anyone know if additional steps are required? We raised an SR 6 weeks ago but still no update.
