How to configure this scenario item level, customer level and Where customer buy

Summary:

Need to configure in pricing for evaluate in 3 levels

1- first in the inventory item leves

2- them in the customer clasification

3- finally where area the customer buy.

1- For example in the item level is try to divide in 3 levels

Category - Classs - Standard or Mark that define the porcentage of increse from the cost of the item

Here have stoper because in the catalog and category configuration only have to include 2 levels and they resale cars and spare parts. now the catalog was define like this 2 levels Catalog_Categ_Sale with 4 class "Sales, New Cars Sale, Used Car sale, Spare parts Sale".
