How to test Reminders are working or not in Termination checklist Template

Summary:

Dear Team,

We have one Exit checklist and Exit Questionnaire.

If we terminate one employee Notifications and Reminders should go to that terminated employee's Line Manager.

Though I'm getting Notifications for both Exit checklist and Exit Questionnaire, I'm not receiving any reminders.

And I'm not aware how to test Reminders whether they are working or not?

I enabled Reminders in the checklist Template as shown in the screenshot attached to this question.

Please check that and please let me know how to test the Reminders whether they are triggering to the concerned Line Manager or not?
