Delegation Capability - Admins

Summary:

As HR Admins, we need the ability to end-date delegations entered by managers.

Content (required):

We are using the Role Delegation functionality to allow managers to delegate roles to their team members. If the delegator does not dictate an End-Date of the role delegation, we want a way to end-date the delegation from a central administrative user. How can an admin accomplish this from the UI and/or programmatically (REST API/HDL load)?
