Eroor when realizing actions under Change Assignment quick action

Summary:

I have the same issue when I try to realize any action under Change Assignment quick action (Start probation period, End probation period, Suspend Assignment and etc.):   java.lang.NullPointerException.

The error remains even if I delete all rules in Transaction design studio:

In the same time all these actions work under classic design under Person Management application.
