How to include only specific data in the table in Alerts?

I am making an alert with conditional message. For example, a learner enrolled in 3 courses (all are requested) in a day. I want to make an alert where in if one or more of those courses were approved, it will show a table only for approved courses, and if there are rejected courses, it will just say at the bottom part of the email, "Please navigate to your learning home page to see the status of all your training requests. Is this possible? I created a filter with Assignment Status, ${assignmentSubStatus} = 'ORA_ASSN_REC_REQ_REJECTED' OR ${assignmentSubStatus} = 'ORA_ASSN_REC_NO_OFFR'. The
