Approval chain - Claim functionality
Summary:
Our client has complex absence approval chains. One of these chains must go to the direct manager for approval, followed by a group of HR Representatives who must claim the transaction in order to take action.
Content (required):
We have different approval chains for absence entry that depend on the absence type and the initiator (employee, manager or HR). We are having trouble configuring the Claim option for second level approvers. This funtionaliy is required for only 2 of the approval chains.
If anyone has come across this requirement, please let me know how you configured it.
