Summary:

Need to report risk management incident details using SQL. Unable to find the Table or view structures online.

Content (required):

OTBI reporting is not showing the updated status when a control has been reviewed and updated. Accepted or Closed status updates not showing in incident details, even after running the Report Synchronization.

Hence looking for the SQL reporting option.
