In our Production shop floor Technician's are completing the work order with pending items to be received from store. Is there any option in the system such that this activity can be restricted and work order completion should not be allowed.

In our Production shop floor Technician's are completing the work order with pending items to be received from store. Is there any option in the system such that this activity can be restricted and work order completion should not be allowed. This allows FG creation without using all the items which are defined in Work Order Definition.
