Ability to give warning or message to HR while terminating associate who has "Pending Approvals"

In Oracle fusion HCM - Is there a way when HR Admin tries terminating any associate from "Person Management" gives a warning or a message saying the person has "Pending approvals" on his plate to action. ?

Kind of a heads up for HR that the person who is getting terminated has actions "unactioned" on his plate.
