Reading employee work schedule in a Fast Formula to determine if employee works on Sat and Sun

Summary:

We have a requirement to accrue only if employee is working on SAT/SUN based on his/her work schedule. How can we use Get pay availability or any other function to determine this in a Global Absence Accrual Matrix Fast Formula ?
