How do I retrieve "All Data" instead of "Stored and Dynamic Calculated Data (Dense only)?

Not sure this is the right category, but since I have had zero response from support since April 25th when registering this under a Planning app problem (SR 3-29349270261), I see if any techies see anything obvious in this "Data Management" within Planning issue.

When switching the "Data Extract Option" to "All Data", I get the below error:

2022-04-25 10:49:45,130 ERROR [AIF]: Cannot perform cube view operation. Essbase Error(1260046): Unknown Member [Account].[FCCS_Net Income] used in query

I can retrieve this account (and all below) as Account is Dense in this FCC application with the other setting, but I get all other sparse dimension base members, when I need only specific totals. The filtering and maintenance would be murder.
