Purchase Order Automatically Close 3 Months After Due Date of Material

Our purchasing users are asking us to reset the parameter that automatically closes POs 3 months after the due date of the Purchase Order Materials. I am not aware of any parameter in Oracle that would cause this to happen. I have reviewed the setup documents and I don't see any parameters that could be set which would cause this to happen. Would anyone know of a setting which would cause this to occur?
