Not able to add in condition from BPM UI

Summary:

I want to add a condition to validate some legislation codes, so using "in" operator ,but when adding below condition

I am getting an error PF

, if I add in operator and LEgislatio code wit comma seperator from transaction cosole, it works fine

Task.payload.Worker's Current Assignment.result.Legislation Code in "DE","AT","CH"

Is there some special character need to be used when adding from BPM UI?
