Using Taleo Globally

Looking for advise on how to add new Countries to your existing configuration

We are currently running Taleo Enterprise integrated with Oracle HR EBS, with one business group. We are now rolling out to our African countries, who will be configured in separate business groups in EBS.

I'm looking for some advice on things we should be aware of, specifically in terms of importing and segregating the HR work structure and employee data that will be imported from EBS.

Since the original implementation was only for one country, we have not contextualized any of the setup. Do I need to  contextualization the original setup by Location (Country)?
