Quality Inspection Page showing annoying recent search and tool tip

Hello Friends

21 D Release introduced a feature QA_Usability_Enhancements.

With this feature system shows recent search item. This is NOT helping business user because this search does not go away even you come out from page and go to different page. It is annoying for user.

Similarly, tool tip is there which is NOT going away. It remains there.

Please suggest how to get rid of this annoying feature.
