Hi,

Has anyone been able to use an Image URL inside the message text of a Resource Alert template? When we upload an image, it works well. However, we prefer to use an Image URL but it's not working for us.

We enter the URL of our image which is publicly accessible. It is in .png format and the size is 4 KB. After clicking on Apply, we check the source code of the message text and there is no reference of our URL. After running the alert, the message does not display the image.
