Are Resource Efficiency and Utilization Percentage respected in Oracle S&OP Cloud?  I tried to model different resource utilization and efficiency in Workcenter Resource. However, after re-running collection and S&OP plan, the result does not change and does not seem to respect the utilization and efficiency. Anyone can confirm?
