FCCS_REC OBFXCTA Calculation incosistent!

We are facing an issue with the "FCCS REC OBFXCTA" account.

As we are moving data to a new FCCS application, sourced from an old one, we bumped into the following issue starting in the period of December of 2022 (our FY is from November to October). We cannot make the data to tie as you can see below.

Is there a reason as to why in the old application pod, for base level entities we have only the parent entity amounts in the "USD_Reporting" currency?

Has Something changed in the calculation since that moment? Can you please help us solve this?
