Suggestion needed for Cross Year Leave scenario in Fusion
Our clients have a problem with Fusion in the case of Cross Year Leave scenario. In Fusion, if a person is adding an absence from 25-12-2022 to 30-01-2023, then 5 days will be deducted from 2022 balance and the rest of the days will be deducted from next year balance, whereas in EBS, complete duration will be deducted from the 2022 balance if the person has enough balance.
Below are the specifications and validations:
- A person can have upto 37 days of accrual per year.
- 10 days of it will get carried over to next year and the rest of the balance will be rolled over to another plan called 'Residual Leave'
