PO Approvals

Summary:

Scenario is :

1) Initial Purchase Order -> Should go for approval hierarchy

2)Change Order Type External -> Should go for approval hierarchy

3) Change Order Type Internal-> Auto Approved

Issue: Change Order Type Internal is getting auto approved but then looking for approval from Rule 2.
