Modify EL Expression rules as per location

Summary:

There is a business requirement where US Employees can update their Names (First, Middle & Last) in fusion and the same will be sent to HR for approval.

Content (required):

All the name fields at present are in view only mode for users with employee role.

How to modify the EL Expression such that employees with "Employee" user role and work location as US can only update the field.

We are aware of !securityContext.userInRole() & securityContext.userInRole() which filters out according to role. And one of them is currently in place so that users with HR and Implementation roles can only modify that field.
