Ability to send alert to instructors with all the learner details

Hi Experts,

We are trying to send an email to instructor with all the learner details after 1 hour the activity ends. We could not able to send an email to instructors because the loop functionality is not working correctly. Instructor in recipient list also its not working. If anyone worked on similar requirement, please share the sample with me.

Requirement:

Tool: Alerts Composer

Recipient List: Instructor Email and Notification User Name

Body: Session details with the learner display names.

Filters: 1hr after the activity end date.
