Personalization: Translate Field Labels in different languages

Summary:

We need to update label of a few fields and that need to be translated as per user's language. Please advise if it is possible to achieve this using Page Composer.

Example:

Field Label: Tax Payer ID

So Turkish user should be shown: Vergi Dairesi and English user should be shown: Tax Payer ID

Is there a way in Page composer where we can set different translations for Labels?
