How to change the status of Less Matched In-Transit

How do I change a transaction categorized as Less Matched In-Transit?

Since there was data in the source system only in the previous month and no data in the subsystem, we do not want to carry over to the next month what we have categorized as an adjustment, since the data will not even come to the subsystem in the following month. Therefore, we would like to change the status of the In-Transit.
