How are other clients using Service Request Severity field if milestones are based only on category
Summary: We wanted to know how other clients are using the severity field on a Service Request if the milestone standard coverages are only based on categories/sub-categories in HR help desk.
Content (required): The use of only category/sub-category to determine milestones makes the severity field unutilized. Is the severity field disabled by other clients? we want to know as we wan to make sure there are no unwanted/unused fields if they are not required in this scenario
