Hire an Employee, Add pending worker showing questionarie though it is made No

Hello,

When performing transaction like Hire an employee or add pending worker, Questionaire(What information do you want to manage) page is appearing where we have select the checkbox for task to add.

but In HCM design studio, for Hire an Employee and Add Pending worker Questionarie has made as No, still its been visible.

Is there some other configuration which need to be enabled to made questionarie page invisible
